As the Digital Marketing Assistant for the AcneFree brand, I am responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including product launches and promotions. A significant part of my role involves briefing and curating email content for our subscriber list. While I don't design the emails, I handle all copywriting, provide detailed design instructions, and conduct thorough research to ensure each email maximizes customer satisfaction and achieves high click-through rates. During my tenure at AcneFree, I have successfully increased the click-through rate from the brand's previous average of 0.34% to 0.65% to a consistent range of 0.90% to above 1.5%, significantly surpassing the brand's historical metrics.
